Chef O'Neill launched Ristorante O in May of 2013, in Alghero Sardinia,
which earned him acclaim from Michelin & L'Espresso guides. In November
2016, he closed the doors to his restaurant and decided to make
Coos Bay his home, opening Restaurant O in the location formerly
known as Benetti's.
We are excited to take any and all culinary needs off your plate,
offering customizable menus, events, and service designed
specifically to meet your needs and budget. While Chef O'Neill
specializes in modern French and Italian cuisine, we also offer a wide
variety of local and international menus, ranging from multi-course
tasting menus and plated dinners, to buffet events, boxed lunches,
and even prepared meals for pick up or delivery.

TRAINING
In 2009, Creative Consultancy was founded by Masterchef O'Neill primarily based in Canouan Island in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. Over the years, he has assisted with menu design and planning, training of chefs, operations alignment, special events catering in Canouan Resort and Mustique Island.
